Pharmacological group: Antiseptic, antifungal, regenerator

Aevag eliminates irritation, redness, restores the natural moisture of the uterus. Also it has anti-edema, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effect and regulates the normal uterine balance with a pH of 4.5. It stimulates the synthesis of glycogen, which ensures the normal state of the flora of the uterus. Also it has an antiseptic, disinfectant effect on the uterus, does not disturb the acid-base balance and vaginal flora, effectively cleanses and protects the mucous membrane, creates a pleasant feeling of freshness.

Chlorhexidine (C₂₂H₃₀C₁₂N₁₀) has antiseptic and disinfectant effects. It has a bactericidal effect on gram-positive and gram-negative, aerobic and anaerobic bacteria. It has a wide range of antibacterial, antiviral and antifungal effects.

Hyaluronic acid has a moisturizing effect on the uterus due to its high hydrating features. Hyaluronic acid combines with uterine mucus to form an adhesive elastic layer on the mucous membrane. This layer acts as a filter, creating an aseptic barrier and preventing the penetration of pathogenic microorganisms. Because of this feature, hyaluronic acid quickly restores the mucous membrane of the uterus, helps to heal damage to the mucous membrane. Thus, the epithelialization process is faster in the part of the tissues rich in hyaluronic acid. It is mainly contained in connective tissue and is not considered a foreign substance because its biological features are the same as in the body. It has antiviral, antiseptic, healing effect. It prevents the formation of adhesions, scars on the mucous membrane of the uterus, improves local blood circulation.

Bromelain is a plant-derived enzyme. It is found in pineapple. It has anti-inflammatory effect, prevents swelling, damage and scars in soft tissues. It quickly restores mucous membranes during erosion. It has anti-edema, antispasmodic properties. It has anti-inflammatory and sedative effects by reducing redness and itching in the vaginal mucosa.

Vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant that protects cell membranes from the effects of aggressive radicals. Vitamin E prevents the development of toxicosis, dysfunction of the gonads, provides the maturation of sex hormones. It helps restore normal microflora as it normalizes hormonal balance. It normalizes the amount of glycogen in the uterine epithelium due to the action of estrogen and progesterone hormones. It is the main product for the life of lactobacilli, which make up 98% of the normal microflora, as well as bifidobacteria. Due to the interaction of lactobacilli and glycogen, lactic acid is formed, which creates the main acidic environment of the uterus.

How to use and dosage:
✓ When vaginal infections occur, 1 vaginal suppository should be injected into the uterus for 5-10 days before bedtime
✓ Upon gynecological surgery, 1 vaginal suppository should be injected into the uterus within 10 days before bedtime
✓ In case of group B streptococcal infection, 1 vaginal suppository should be injected into the uterus every 6 hours. The duration of treatment is 10 days. Consult your doctor during pregnancy and lactation.
